As the founder and CEO of Simon Associates Management Consultants (SAMC), Dr. Simon has spent over 20 years using anthropology’s tools and insights to transform how businesses understand their cultures, navigate change, and unlock innovation. Through her work, she has guided clients across industries—including healthcare, manufacturing, higher education, and senior living—helping them embrace culture change and design strategies for sustainable success. Her ethnographic research reflects a deep commitment to enhancing the human experience.
